Well, I'll hazard a guess:
"en3an" is probably supposed to be "eh na3am" which means "yes"
"ana mjddha" is probably supposed to be "ana mudjiddah" which means "I'm serious"
So it could translate as "Yes, I'm serious."
But, maybe you could describe the context in which the statement was made. That way it would be easier to decypher.
