As far as I know, there is no English exact equivalent to that proverb. If it would be translated, I think it would be something like: Spend what's in your pocket, you'll get what's in the unknown.Arabic to English translation of the following quote.... !!!?
A non-Arabic speaker is unlikely to understand this. I could be wrong, of course, but I think this might be due to the culture difference.

Yes I can it means Spend what you have in your pocket you will get some more money some how.
