I'm going to translate it in as much I can.
forget your worry ,your blood pressure,let it go by your mother's prayers,it's impossible for a fearful bosom to hug you,...and you know ,you can see, some are distracted,some are lost in amusement ,some are silent but inattentive ,and some whose state is as yours corrupt....it's corrupted
