Help with a short English-Arabic translation?

I'd like to translate the following in to modern standard Arabic:



"Love thyself above all else"



I'm studying Arabic in school and have a good idea of what this might be, but "thyself" is throwing me for a loop. How would fluent speakers interpret this?



It's for a tattoo I'd like to have done soon...
