An English to Arabic translation please?

I would really like to know what these two sentences mean in English (please be very specific and strict with wording.)

Is this correct Arabic? What type of Arabic is this? I think it's 'modern' Arabic, so how would this be spelt/how would it look in old Arabic? I need a direct translation, please. Thank you very much!An English to Arabic translation please?
