I am trying to learn arabic and the cd I bought to teach yourself arabic dosnt tell me words that I would use speaking to ______. Any web sites or ways of teaching yourself arabic would be much appreciate. Also, what arabic words can I use to sweetly tell my husband... i love him,appreciate him, am proud of him, he's handsom .... it doesnt have to be those exact words but what words are used for this purpose!

may peace be with you= as salaamu alaikum ( personally I only use this when I meet older ppl because it is more respectful usually I just use hello)



goodbye= ma asalama or wadaa芒n



how do you do= kaif al hal



fine= jaid or bi-khair



how old are you=kam am-ri-ka



where are you from=min aina anta?



awesome=raa'ir魔



it was an honour to meet you=tas魔arrafnaa ( you can use this after you ask someone about his name and he answers you )
