7 stands for 丨 which is a sharp guttural aspirate consonant in arabic stronger than normal european h but not rough like the h in spanish in rojo or the german h in aachen. it's pronounced in the back of your throat, it's a smooth sound u can hear in hubb or habibi, it's similar to the sound u make while breathing on a mirror to clean it :)

Sala7'ana is the place where they slay cattle and sheep, it like a butchery(not butchery shop though).



7 is not the same as 7'.
