What do the numbers mean in a phonetic translation of arabic to english?

For example, I asked for a translation of a nasheed and someone found it. Only I have not idea how to pronounce stuff like "da3" "3anka" and "3ad". Is this some coding error or do they represent certain sounds not found in our alphabet? What do the numbers mean in a phonetic translation of arabic to english?
each number means a specific Arabic letter , which no letter in English has its pronunciation , so we use a number instead ,

and here are all of the numbers that are used like that :

" 2 " means the letter " 賯 " , and can also be " 兀 " in some cases

" 3 " means the letter " 毓 "

" 5 " means the letter " 禺 "

" 6 " means the letter " 胤 "

" 7 " means the letter " 丨 "

And also the words above can't be translated , because they are neither English nor Arabic ,

but this is Arabic written in English letters depending on the pronunciation ( not translated )What do the numbers mean in a phonetic translation of arabic to english?
They represent sounds not found in English. A complete list of the correspondences between this phonetic translation and the Arabic alphabet can be found here:

The numbers written in phonetics of Arabic in English represent letters (sounds) which do not exist in English language, so we replace them by numbers.

Ex: Number 3 represents letter 毓 which is a letter/sound which doesn't exist in English.
