English to spoken arabic translation?

For the last couple of months I have been receiving international calls on my land line every day from an arabic speaking man. He clearly has the wrong number but is refusing to give up even though i always answer and tell him he has the wrong number. Apparently BT can't block the call as it is international. They are really starting to irritate me, especially at 6am on sundays... Can anyone point me to a website where i can get an english to arabic translation with audio? Or tell me how to say wrong number or stop calling in arabic? Any other suggestions welcome.... (I don't want to change my number btw)
